I don’t drink alcohol (I’m a christian) but on a two hour flight, I want at least two refills on my initial drink. I’m just wondering how a flight attendant would react if I were to start treating them like a waitress.

Why would you do this? Flight attendant have ALLOT of jobs to do in the sky that you dont see. They are not there to be your servant. If you want that, charter a private jet with your own flight crew.
Flight attendants have a hard enough job as it is, they don’t need people like you making it worse.

If you want refills get up and go to the galley and simply ask for one. The walk will do you good. The cabin crew work hard, especially on short haul flights and they will have little time to keep coming back to you to simply get drinks. On such a short flight you will find that you don’t get anything to drink for free, so why not get a bottle of soda from the shops when you have passed security and carry it onto the plane. May be cheaper than buying on the aircraft anyway.

I agree- this is a stupid question, of course they will get angry and laugh at you if you were to complain when you landed. Some airlines dont even serve drinks on such a short flight- and if they do, they definitely dont give refills (its very rare). They have other passengers to worry about to- your not the center of the world as you may have thought you were- sorry this is pissing me off on the ground, cant imagine if you were to be like that in flight.
If your that thirsty- do what others have said, buy a drink after security- or if you want the free option, carry an empty bottle into security, then fill it up with water in a bathroom/ drinking fountain on the ground (not in the aircraft- that water isnt safe to drink).

George you spin more cycles worrying about your free refills than anyone I know. Why don’t you just buy a drink after security and take it along and stop bothering everyone. Oh and BTW, you don’t think Christians drink alcohol? LOL
